When I started Y-Weight (82 pounds ago), the practical information provided was something to go away and really think about. I was able to lose weight every week and still feel full by supplementing some higher calorie foods with lots of lower calorie foods like fruits and vegetables. I think that eating well is a habit which I will definitely be able to maintain once my goal weight has been reached. Overall, I have found the Y-Weight experience to be very rewarding.
