I decided to participate in the Y-Weight Program when a contemporary suggested I try the program to help me loose weight. The detailed education on calories, nutrition and exercise has helped to support and change my lifestyle. Since participating in the program, I have a better understanding of calories and how the mind unconscientiously plays an important role in eating. My life has changed because mentally, I feel that best I have ever felt. I have an ease in my heart and head.
